Description

Ravenstonedale is located at the foot of the Howgills within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The village has two pubs one of which is award winning and a nursery school. The market town of Kirkby Stephen is located 5 miles to the north east and has a range of amenities including shops, schools, and pubs. The village is 11 miles from the small town of Sedbergh which has an independent school and local amenities.

To the west is the Lake District National Park which is considered one of the country’s finest landscapes. The property also has excellent transport links with access to the M6 located 8.5 miles to the west and the A66 10 miles to the east. Kirkby Stephen Railway Station is located nearby which provides access to the Settle-Carlisle Railway Line with direct trains to Carlisle and Leeds.
